# Ingredients
* 1 medium courgette
* 80g cheddar cheese
* 60ml double cream
* 10g melted butter
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* sprinkling xanthan gum
* black pepper

# Process
* Thinly slice your courgette and grate your cheese
* Layer courgettes and cheese repeatedly like a lasagne
* Add butter, cream, garlic powder, xantham gum and pepper to a bowl and mix
* Drizzle this mixture evenly over the layered courgettes
* Cook at 180°C, uncovered for 40 minutes
