* Total Time: 45 minutes
# Ingredients
* 100g almond flour
* 60g powdered erythritol
* 1 medium egg
* 50g 85%+ dark chocolate
# Process
* Mix almond flour and erythritol in a bowl, add egg and mix again
* Split mixtures into 8 and roll into balls, freeze for 30 minutes
* Melt chocolate in a double boiler and roll frozen balls until covered
* Cool and serve
