* Cooking Time: 15 minutes
# Ingredients
* 200g Smooth eanut butter
* 100g Butter
* 75g Erythritol powder
# Process
* Add peanut butter and butter to a saucepan and melt together over low heat
* Once smooth, add sweetener, mix and pour into parchment lined cake tin
* Allow to cool on counter, then refrigerate for 2 hours in fridge before cutting into 3x6 squares
