+# Ingredients
+* 200g Smooth eanut butter
+* 100g Butter
+* 75g Erythritol powder
+
+# Process
+* Add peanut butter and butter to a saucepan and melt together over low heat
+* Once smooth, add sweetener, mix and pour into parchment lined cake tin
+* Allow to cool on counter, then refrigerate for 2 hours in fridge before cutting into 3x6 squares
