     12 * 600g chicken thighs
     13 * 200g chopped tomatoes
     14 * 40g creamed coconut
     15 * 1x medium onion
     16 * 1x green pepper
     17 * 1x medium cauliflower
     18 * 2x fresh chili peppers (optional)
     19 * 1x bunch fresh coriander
     20 * 4x tsp curry powder
     21 * 2x tsp garlic granules
     22 * 2x tsp cumin
     23 * 2x tsp coriander
     24 * 2x tsp smoked paprika
     25 * 1x tsp cayenne pepper
     26 * 1x tsp chili powder
     27 * salt and pepper

     30 * Chop onion and pepper finely and shallow fry in a deep pan until softened
     31 * If using fresh chili, chop thinly and add to the pan
     32 * Cut chicken thighs using scissors into roughly 2cm squares and add to the pan
     33 * Add remaining ground spices and incorporate into mix
     34 * Continue frying until chicken is cooked through, then add chopped tomatoes
     35 * Using a serated knife, grate creamed coconut into curry and mix until right consistency
     36 * In a separate pan, grate cauliflower and fry until slightly golden brown
     37 * Finely chop your coriander, mix half into the curry and use remaining half as garnish
