* Servings: 1
* Carbs: Approx 5g per base
* Prep Time: 15 minutes
* Cooking Time: 20 minutes at 200°C
# Ingredients
* 1 medium head cauliflower
* 100g parmesan cheese
* 1 medium egg
# Process
* Grate cauliflower finely and dry out in a dry pan on an oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes
* To a bowl add your egg, parmesan and cooled cauliflower
* Form into a 25cm ⌀ circle with slightly raised edges on parchment paper
* Cook for 20 minutes until golden brown then allow to sit for 5 minutes
* You're now ready for your toppings and final 10 minute cooking
