* Cooking Time: 5 seconds

# Ingredients
* 55g flaxseed meal
* 80ml hot water
* pinch salt

# Process
* Boil your water in a pan, add your flaxseed meal and mix until a ball of dough forms
* Allow dough to cool and split dough into 2 and roll out between greaseproof paper until a thickness of around 1.5mm
* Transfer to a non-stick frying pan and heat for a minute or two on each side
