+# Ingredients
+* 100g almond flour
+* 60g powdered erythritol
+* 1 medium egg
+* 50g 85%+ dark chocolate
+
+# Process
+* Mix almond flour and erythritol in a bowl, add egg and mix again
+* Split mixtures into 8 and roll into balls, freeze for 30 minutes
+* Melt chocolate in a double boiler and roll frozen balls until covered
+* Cool and serve
