+* 60ml double cream
+* 10g melted butter
+* 1 tsp garlic powder
+* sprinkling xanthan gum
+* black pepper
+
+# Process
+* Thinly slice your courgette and grate your cheese
+* Layer courgettes and cheese repeatedly like a lasagne
+* Add butter, cream, garlic powder, xantham gum and pepper to a bowl and mix
+* Drizzle this mixture evenly over the layered courgettes
+* Cook at 180°C, uncovered for 40 minutes
