* Servings: 16
* Carbs: Approx 4 carbs per Cookie
* Prep Time: 10 minutes
* Cooking Time: 25 minutes at 180°C

# Ingredients
* 175g Melted butter
* 100g Erythritol powder
* 175g Sugar-free chocolate chips
* 75g Almond flour
* 40g Cacao powder
* 3 Medium eggs
* 1/2 tsp salt

# Process
* Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
* Mix in melted butter, sweetener, eggs, salt and cacao powder and mix well.
* Once mixed, add almond flour and continue to mix.
* Pour mixture into a baking tin, baking for 25 minutes at 180°C
